This year, an interdisciplinary team of educators from the Sleaford and Ruskington school sites of St. George’s Academy are working on a range of research projects. These focus on understanding how best to inspire students to learn, build self-esteem and communities of inquiry and respect, and help students progress in their studies. Many are particularly interested in finding ways to support the learning and self-realisation of students who are eligible for Pupil Premium funding.
